These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of web design and related services by Aadya Solution to the client. By engaging our services, signing a quotation, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

Aadya Solution provides services including but not limited to: Website design and development Website redesign E-commerce website development UI/UX design Website maintenance and support SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services Domain registration and hosting setup assistance Digital marketing services Specific services, deliverables, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a separate written proposal, quotation, invoice, or agreement.

Services we offer

We provide Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Designing, and related digital services. Project scope, features, timeline, and cost will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or agreement before work begins.

Payments

A minimum 50% advance payment is required before starting any project. The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery or website launch. All payments made are non-refundable once the project has started. Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on client requirements and timely submission of content, images, and approvals. Delays from the client side may extend the delivery date.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide: Accurate content, images, and login details (if required). Timely feedback and approvals. Legal rights to use any provided materials (logos, images, text, etc.). We are not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided content.

Revisions

The project includes limited revisions as mentioned in the proposal. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.

Website Hosting & Domain

Domain registration and hosting charges are separate unless specifically included in the package. Renewal of domain and hosting is the client’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client will have ownership of the final website design. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, social media platforms, or Google updates.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Advance payments are non-refundable if work has already begun.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any business loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
